Built for the passive purist, and those who are particularly discerning about their tone. It has all the best features of the venerable J compiled through the years. Isolated tone* and volume controls for each pickup with no loss of output. Each tone control also has individual selections for standard or light treble cut that bring the midrange forward, as well as passive mid cut filter. Shop choice here is 70's position and Nordstrand NJ5 70's wind, all limba with pau ferro board.
*As an example, the bridge púp tone can be run wide open, while turning the neck down near 0 allows only the low end to fill out the bridge tone and articulation. Works for both series and parallel.
