Shipping is currently limited to the continental US only. Modest flat-rate shipping is added at checkout. UPS Ground shipping is the default. If expedited shipping or a different carrier is desired, reach out to us via the contact page to make the arrangements.

• No components or assemblies will be sold separately. Instruments are sold as complete functioning and finished instruments only. No order for an incomplete instrument, partial build, or select parts will be fulfilled. 

• All sales are final.

• If you receive an instrument that is damaged or defective, please contact Michael immediately thru the contact page.

• All materials and workmanship are guaranteed for 5 years from date of purchase.

• Guarantee is contingent upon correct care, use, maintenance and upkeep of the instrument by the original owner.

• Guarantee will be invalidated by, but not limited to: use, abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, modification, repair by unauthorized or untrained technician.

• If the original buyer is not fully satisfied with the instrument within the first 7 days from taking possession of the instrument, said buyer may request a refund. In this case the return of the instrument will be at the buyer's expense. The instrument must be returned in it's original packaging and condition in which it was received. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the buyer unless defective.
