The Fire Chicken, referenced with tongue firmly in cheek, is currently my favorite build. It boasts Nordstrand Big Splits, arguably their most versatile púp. genuine mahogany body, figured maple neck, box elder top, and yellow heart fretboard with matching púp covers and head stock cap. Warm lows, articulate highs, strong growly mids. Great sustain and harmonics that bloom from the yellowheart. Deep cut pocket for effortless access all the way to the 24th. C-D neck profile that feels slick, fast, organic and easy in the hand. Controls are Volume, Pan, Tone, Bass/Treble stack, true bypass and 3 position passive tone toggles.
