  • If the original buyer is not fully satisfied with the instrument within the first 7 days from taking possession, the buyer may request a refund. The cost of returning the instrument is the buyer’s responsibility. The instrument must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount unless the instrument is confirmed to be defective.
